Thought leadership strategy and ghostwriting for women experts, founders, and academics who are ready to build real authority — without it taking over their lives.
The ideas are already there.
You’ve done the work. Years of research, hard-won insight, lived experience — depth that genuinely deserves a wider audience.
What’s missing isn’t substance. It’s time, and a system.
You know you should be visible — building authority, being known for your ideas, attracting the right opportunities. But between the actual work and everything else, content keeps slipping to the bottom of the list. And the thought of churning out fast, forgettable AI posts feels like the opposite of what you stand for.
You don’t need another social media manager. You need someone who can understand your ideas, do the thinking, and turn your expertise into a public voice that’s unmistakably yours.
That’s the work I do.
I’m a thought leadership strategist and ghostwriter. I help experts translate complex ideas into clear, compelling content — and build a content system that grows their authority without consuming their week.
I work from what you already have: your talks, interviews, research, writing, lived experience. I find the signature ideas inside your work, shape them into a distinctive public voice, and build the engine that gets them out into the world consistently.
You stay focused on your expertise. I make sure people see it, trust it, and come looking for you because of it.
Why this works.
Most content help falls into one of two camps: people who can write but don’t understand your field, or experts in your field who can’t write for a public audience.
I sit in the rare middle.
Before this work, I spent years in financial and commercial due diligence at PwC, in product and market research, in business development & marketing and in financial analysis and modelling. I’m ACCA-qualified — I placed first in Kenya in Performance Management (2013) — and I’m an East Africa winner of the CFA Institute Research Challenge (2015/16).
What that means for you: I’m trained to understand complex, technical ideas quickly, and to translate them into something clear and genuinely useful. When you explain your field, I get it. I can sit with the complexity, find what matters, and shape it into content that respects both your intelligence and your audience’s.
That combination — strategic depth, research rigour, and the ability to write in your voice — is what turns scattered expertise into recognised authority.
Is this you?
This is for you if:
- You’re a credentialed expert, founder, or academic with real depth in your field
- You know you should be building a public profile, but you don’t have the time or the system
- You want content with genuine thinking behind it — not fast, generic filler
- You’d rather have a strategic partner than hand tasks to a social media manager
- You’re ready to be known for your ideas
This isn’t the right fit if:
- You’re looking for someone to schedule posts or design graphics
- You want follower-count growth hacks or viral tactics
- You’re not ready to invest in building authority as a long-term asset
If you read the first list and felt seen, we should talk.
How we’d work together.
Every engagement starts with understanding you — your ideas, your field, your goals, and the voice that’s already yours.
1. We start with strategy. Before a single piece of content, we get clear on your positioning: your signature themes, what makes your perspective distinctive, the frameworks and ideas that could become your intellectual property, and a roadmap for where your authority can grow.
2. I build your content engine. Working from your existing material, I produce the content — strategic, thoughtful, in your voice — and build a system that turns one piece of source material into a full month of presence across the platforms that matter for you.
3. Your authority compounds. With a consistent, intentional presence, the right people start to find you. We track what’s working, refine as we go, and open up the opportunities that follow real thought leadership — speaking, media, partnerships, and inbound interest.
Ways we can work together.
There are a few ways to work with me, depending on what you need right now. We’ll find the right fit once we start talking.
The Strategy Intensive
A focused engagement to get your positioning right. Together we define your signature themes, key differentiators, potential frameworks, and a clear 90-day authority roadmap — plus a review of your LinkedIn profile, bio, and public messaging. Ideal if you want clarity and a plan you can run yourself, or as the foundation before ongoing work.
The Authority Retainer
Done-for-you thought leadership content, built on a strategic foundation. A consistent flow of articles, posts, newsletter content, and repurposing — produced in your voice, from your existing material, so your authority grows without adding to your workload.
The Authority Partner
Everything in the retainer, plus deeper strategic partnership: ongoing positioning refinement, visibility strategy, and active support pursuing the speaking, media, and partnership opportunities that move your profile forward. For experts who want a true thinking partner in their corner.
A few things you might be wondering..
“Will it actually sound like me?” Yes — because the thinking is yours. My job isn’t to put words in your mouth; it’s to draw out what you already know and shape it into your clearest, most compelling voice. We build from your real ideas, your real language, your real perspective.
“How much of my time will this take?” Far less than doing it yourself. After we establish your strategy and voice, most of the ongoing work happens on my side. Your involvement is focused and minimal — a conversation here, a review there.
“Is this confidential?” Completely. This work is invisible by design — your name, your ideas, your authority. Discretion is built into how I work.
Let’s talk about your ideas.
If you’re an expert sitting on ideas that deserve a wider audience, I’d love to hear what you’re building toward.
Tell me a little about your work and what you’d like to be known for, and we’ll take it from there.
