Before I built this, I spent years working inside business strategy — financial analysis, market research, marketing, and business development, mostly supporting larger companies.
What I kept seeing was a gap. The same strategic thinking that helps big businesses grow was completely inaccessible to small business owners. Not because the principles don’t apply — they absolutely do — but because nobody was translating them into something practical for the woman building with real constraints: limited time, a full life, and no corporate budget to fall back on. So I started doing exactly that.
I work specifically with women because these are my people — creative, ambitious, entrepreneurial women building across different industries and different parts of the world.
Our situations and challenges are more similar than different. And the goal is the same: a business that actually works, built with intention and on your own terms.
